N-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistor

General Description

Features

The AO3402/L uses advanced trench technology to

provide excellent R_DS(ON), low gate charge and

operation with gate voltages as low as 2.5V. This

device is suitable for use as a load switch or in PWM

applications. AO3402 and AO3402L are electrically

identical.

I_D= 4 A (V_GS= 10V)

R_DS(ON)< 55mΩ (V_GS= 10V)

R_DS(ON)< 70mΩ (V_GS= 4.5V)

R_DS(ON)< 110mΩ (V_GS= 2.5V)
