1. General description  
The 74LVC1G384 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device.  
The 74LVC1G384 provides an analog switch. The switch has input and output terminals  
(pins Y and Z) and an active LOW enable input (pin E). When pin E is HIGH, the analog  
switch is turned off.  
2. Features  
Very low ON-resistance:  
7.5 (typ) at VCC = 2.7 V  
6.5 (typ) at VCC = 3.3 V  
6.0 (typ) at VCC = 5 V.  
ESD protection:  
HBM EIA/JESD22-A114-A exceeds 2000 V  
MM EIA/JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200 V.  
High noise immunity  
CMOS low power consumption  
Direct interface TTL-levels  
Latch-up performance meets requirements of JESD78 Class I  
Multiple package options  
Specified from 40 °C to +80 °C and 40 °C to +125 °C.
