Pressure sensor with built-in ampliﬁcation

and temperature compensation circuit.

Low pressure type ideal for water level

detection applications added to lineup.

• Overall accuracy is 1.25% FS

(Standard type)

• Overall accuracy is 4% FS

(Economy type)

• Overall accuracy is 2.5% FS

(Low pressure type)
