saving power enable control feature assures isolation
between transmit and receive channels for TDMA and/or half
duplex systems. The device is designed for a high Output
IP3, while maintaining low current and 5.5V to 2.7V supply
operation. It requires low drive levels from the local oscillator
and is housed in a small outline 20 lead SSOP package
ideally suited for PCMCIA card applications.
