(RDS(ON)), yet maintain superior switching performance, making it
ideal for high efficiency power management applications.
Case Material: Molded Plastic, ―Green‖ Molding Compound.

Moisture Sensitivity: Level 1 per J-STD-020
Terminals: Finish – Matte Tin Annealed over Copper Leadframe.
