Trench Schottky barrier rectifier encapsulated in a CFP2-HP (SOD323HP) power flat lead Surface-

Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.

High power capability due to clip-bonding technology

Power flat lead plastic package with exposed heatsink for optimal thermal connection
