The BL24C64AA0 is a 64-Kbit serial EEPROM
Automotive grade device operating up to 125 °C.
The BL24C64AA0 is compliant with the very high
level of reliability defined by the Automotive
standard AEC-Q100 grade 1.
The BL24C64AA0 provides 65536 bits of serial
electrically erasable and programmable read-only
memory (EEPROM), organized as 8192 words of 8
bits each.

The device is optimized for use in many industrial
and commercial applications where low-power and
low-voltage operation are essential.
The BL24C64AA0 offers an additional page,
named the Identification Page (32 bytes). The
Identification Page can be used to store sensitive
application parameters which can be (later)
permanently locked in Read-only mode.
