英飞凌的 BCR431U 是低压差线性 LED 驱动器 IC,它采用了小体积 的SOT23-6 封装,并且可以在不连接外部功率晶体管的情况下,独立完成LED 恒定电流的调节和控制。该产品适用于驱动高达 37mA 的LED应用,同时该IC 的可工作电压范围为 6V 到 42V。LED 驱动电流的大小可以通过调整连接在RS 引脚的高阻抗电阻 Rset来实现。在LED 驱动电流为37mA的情况下,IC 内部集成 的LED 驱动电路最大压降仅为200mV,这不仅极大地提高了整体系统的效率,还可以提供额外的电压裕度,以补偿 LED 正向电压和电源电压的容差。由于该IC内部集成了智能温度控制电路,所以当BCR431U的结温非常高时,系统会自动降低 LED 驱动电流,这样就减低了系统因为驱动电流过高而导致温升过高的风险。
