描述
英飞凌的 BCR431U 是低压差线性 LED 驱动器 IC，它采用了小体积的SOT23-6 封装，并且可以在不连接外部功率晶体管的情况下，独立完成LED 恒定电流的调节和控制。该产品适用于驱动高达 37mA 的LED应用，同时该IC 的可工作电压范围为 6V 到 42V。LED 驱动电流的大小可以通过调整连接在RS 引脚的高阻抗电阻 Rset来实现。在LED 驱动电流为37mA的情况下，IC 内部集成的LED 驱动电路最大压降仅为200mV，这不仅极大地提高了整体系统的效率，还可以提供额外的电压裕度，以补偿 LED 正向电压和电源电压的容差。由于该IC内部集成了智能温度控制电路，所以当BCR431U的结温非常高时，系统会自动降低 LED 驱动电流，这样就减低了系统因为驱动电流过高而导致温升过高的风险。

Functional description

LED current configuration

The LED current is configured by the external resistor Rset at pin RS. The current flowing into pin LED is

proportional to the current flowing out of pin RS by a ratio of about 760:1. Therefore, the LED current depends

on the value of Rset.
