DESCRIPTION  
The µPD703003A, 703004A, 703025A, 703003A(A), and 703025A(A) are members of the V850 SeriesTM of 32-  
bit single-chip microcontrollers designed for real-time control operations. These microcontrollers provide on-chip  
features including a 32-bit CPU core, ROM, RAM, an interrupt controller, a real-time pulse unit, a serial interface, an  
A/D converter, a D/A converter, and PWM.  
Detailed function descriptions are provided in the following user’s manuals. Be sure to read them before  
designing.
