DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The TOX 9105 is a high-speed quadrant-geometry,
high-resistivity P-type silicon photodiode. This
device is designed specifically for applications in
low cost laser alignment, guidance and angular
displacement systems. A guard ring structure is
utilized to provide low noise characteristics.
Operation in the fully depleted mode results in high
speed and high radiant responsivity.
● Quandrant geometry for alignment and tracking
applications
● Diameter of active area 0.394 inches
● Rise and fall times 15 ns at 1.06 µm
● Dark currant below 600 nA typical per quadrant
● Radiant responsivity typically 0.40 A/W at 1.06 µm
● Sensitive to wavelengths from 0.60 µm to 1.08 µm
● Isolated case
