1.5 boost charge pump white LED driver IC

Description

TK60003Y

The TK60003Y is a charge pump type DC-DC converter IC using Pulse Width Modulation.

The 1.5 boost ensures optimum characteristics for white LED drive applications with an input voltage that

operates stabilizing between 2.7 to 5.5V supplying a maximum of 125mA. The switching frequency is as

high as 1MHz contributing to more compact size flying capacitors (1µF at 6.3V : enables use of 1005 size

components)

The low number of external components makes this driver IC ideal for use in LED backlight applications.
