The NTE4021B (16−Lead DIP) and NTE4021BT (SOIC−16) are 8−bit static shift registers constructed
with MOS P−Channel and N−Channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. The
These devices find primary use in parallel−to−serial data conversion, asynchronous parallel input, serial
output data queueing; and other general purpose register applications requiring low power and/or high
noise immunity.
