1. General description

ESD protection device in an ultra small DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) Surface-Mounted Device

(SMD) plastic package with side wettable flanks, designed to protect one line from the damage

caused by transient overvoltages (TVS).

2. Features and benefits

•

Reverse stand-off voltage: V_RWM= 13 V

•

Low clamping voltage: V_CL= 36 V at I_PP= 7 A

Ultra low leakage current: I_RM< 1 nA

3. Applications

ESD protection for supply and interface lines with high signal levels.
