How to Modify BSP Clock Configuration?
Questions:
How to modify BSP clock configuration when a non-8MHz is used in AT32?
Answer:
BSP demo and evaluation board are built upon external 8 MHz crystal oscillator. In actual application, if a non-8 MHz
is used, there is a need to modify BSP clock configuration to ensure accurate and reliable clock frequency.
AT32_New_Clock_Configuration tool is specifically designed for this purpose, to generate the use-defined BSP
system clock code file, which is available in ARTERY official website. As marked in red below, various parameters
can be configured, including external clock source, frequency division, frequency multiplication, clock source. Finish
these configurations and generate codes, without the need of code modification.
Users only need to use clock code (at32f4xx_clock.c/ at32f4xx_clock.h/ at32f4xx_conf.h) generated with this new
configuration tool to replace the original one in BSP mode. Then call “ystem_clock_config” in main.
