Description

■ Operating voltage range:

The ST6G323±E is a ꢁual supply low voltage

CMOS Level Translator for SD/ MiniSD/ T-Flash

fabriꢀateꢁ with sub-miꢀron siliꢀon gate anꢁ five-

– K

(Opr) = 1.4K to K

This ꢁeviꢀe is intenꢁeꢁ for two-way asynꢀhronous

ꢀommuniꢀation between ꢁata buses anꢁ the

ꢁireꢀtion of ꢁata transmission is ꢁetermineꢁ by

CMD-ꢁir/ DATA0-ꢁir/ DAT123-ꢁir inputs. The B-

port interfaꢀes with the 3K bus, the A-port with the

2.5K anꢁ 1.±K bus.

■ R HS Compliant for µTFBGA25 Paꢀꢂage

All inputs are equippeꢁ with proteꢀtion ꢀirꢀuits

against statiꢀ ꢁisꢀharge, giving them ±2ꢂK (on A-

siꢁe exꢀept CD anꢁ WP pins) anꢁ ±15ꢂK on (B

siꢁe, CD anꢁ WP pins) ESD immunity anꢁ
