Description

■ Operating voltage range:

The ST6G323±BE is a ꢀual supply low voltage

CMOS Level Translator for SD/ MiniSD/ T-Flash

fabricateꢀ with sub-micron silicon gate anꢀ five-

– K

(Opr) = 1.4K to K

for use as an interface between a 3.3K bus anꢀ a

speeꢀ operation while maintaining the CMOS low

power ꢀissipation. The A port is ꢀesigneꢀ to tracꢁ

This ꢀevice is intenꢀeꢀ for two-way asynchronous

communication between ꢀata buses anꢀ the

CMD-ꢀir/ DATA0-ꢀir/ DAT123-ꢀir inputs. The B-

port interfaces with the 3K bus, the A-port with the

2.5K anꢀ 1.±K bus.

■ R HS Compliant for µTFBGA25 Pacꢁage

All inputs are equippeꢀ with protection circuits

against static ꢀischarge, giving them ±2ꢁK (on A-

siꢀe except CD anꢀ WP pins) anꢀ ±15ꢁK on (B

siꢀe, CD anꢀ WP pins) ESD immunity anꢀ

transient excess voltage. See the section on
