1.1 General description

Low capacitance unidirectional ﬁvefold ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode

arrays in small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic packages designed to protect up to

ﬁve unidirectional signal lines from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.
