Features

General Description

The KM4110 (single) and KM4120 (single with disable)

are low cost, voltage feedback aꢀplifiers. These

aꢀplifiers are designed to operate on +2.7V, +5V, or

2.5V supplies. The input voltage range eꢁtends

300ꢀV below the negative rail and 1.2V below the

positive rail.

Power down to I = 33µA (KM4120)

Fully specified at +2.7V and +5V supplies

ꢀ

Output voltage range: 0.07V to 4.86V; V = +5

ꢀ

50V/µs slew rate

The KM4110 offers superior dynaꢀic perforꢀance

with a 75MHz sꢀall signal bandwidth and 50V/µs

slew rate. The coꢀbination of low power, high

output current drive, and rail-to-rail perforꢀance

ꢀake the KM4110 well suited for battery-powered

coꢀꢀunication/ coꢀputing systeꢀs.
