General Description

The COP87L88RG is a member of the COP8^TMOTP micro-

Packages:

Ð 44 PLCC with 40 I/O pins

controller family. It is pin and software compatible to the

Ð 40 DIP with 36 I/O pins

mask ROM COP888GG product family.
