Package: 68 PLCC with I/O pins

The COP87L88RW is a member of the COP8^TM8-bit OTP

microcontroller family. It is pin and software compatible to

CPU/Instruction Set Features

the mask ROM COP888GW product family.

Note: Mask ROMed devices with equivalent on-chip features and program

memory sizes of 16k is available.
