2D/3D Infrared Object Tracking IC
Features
General Description
uE4001 is a object tracking IC for consumer application,
which includes 2D (utilize one CMOS image sensor) or
3D (utilize two CMOS image sensors) infrared object
tracking capability. The coordinate data of the infrared
object could be obtained via the popular serial interface -
UART, I2C, and four wired SPI.
2D (one image sensor) or 3D (two image sensor)
coordinate data output capability.
Coporate with popular SOI668 CMOS CIF
(352x288 pixels) sensor, control by SCCB (Serial
Camera Control Bus).
Power-down / Wake-up pins for power control.
Ordering Information
Serial interface - UART, I2C(slave), and four wired
SPI(slave) for controlling and coordinate data
output.

5mm) is possible.
Note: uPI products are compatible with the current IPC/

or Pb-free soldering processes.
