CMOS LDO Regulator IC

1-. DESCRIPTION

5-. BLOCK DIAGRAM

The TK631xxBB6 is a CMOS LDO regulator. The

packages are the very small 4-bump flip chip.

The IC is designed for portable applications with space

requirements, battery powered system and any electronic

equipment.

The IC does not require a noise-bypass capacitor.

The IC offers high accuracy (±1%) and low dropout

voltage.
