RS1GT04 Single Inverter Gate

The RS1GT04 Single inverter gate is designed for 2.0V to

Operating Voltage Range: 2.0V to 5.5V

This device is fully specified for partial-power-down

applications using I_off. The I_offcircuitry disables the

outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through

the device when it is powered down.

Output Drive: ±32mA at V_CC=5.0V

I_offSupports Partial-Power-Down Mode

Operation

The RS1GT04 is available in Green SOT23-5 and

SOT353(SC70-5) packages. It operates over an ambient

temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
