RS1GT126 Single Bus Buffer Gate With 3-State Output

1 FEATURES

3 DESCRIPTIONS

The single buffer is designed for 2V to 5.5V V_CC

operation. The RS1GT126 device is single line driver

with 3-state output. The output is disabled when the

output-enable input is low.

Operating Voltage Range: 2V to 5.5V

Low Power Consumption: 1µA (Max)

Operating Temperature Range:

-40°C to +125°C

This device is fully specified for partial-power-down

applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the

outputs, preventing damaging current backflow

through the device when it is powered down.

Inputs Are TTL-Voltage Compatible

±32mA Output Drive at V_CC=5.0V

Latch-up Performance Exceeds 100mA

Micro SIZE PACKAGES: SOT23-5,

SC70-5(SOT353)

To ensure the high-impedance state during power up

or power down, OE should be tied to GND through a

pulldown resistor, the minimum value of the resistor is

determined by the current-sourcing capability of the

driver.

ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
