The RS1GT32 single 2-input positive-OR gate is

The RS1GT32 device performs the Boolean function

Y=A + B or Y=A • B in positive logic. The device is fully

specified for partial-power-down applications using I_off.

The I_offcircuitry disables the outputs, preventing

damaging current backflow through the device when it is

powered down.

Output Drive: ±32mA at V_CC=5.0V
