80V, 300mA, 5.5µA I DC/DC Step-Down Regulator

The RAA211803 and RAA211805 are easy-to-use,

Features

▪ 7V to 80V input supply range

ultra-low quiescent current (I ) buck regulators with a

wide input voltage range of 7V to 80V and up to

300mA output current. RAA211803 has a fixed output

voltage of 3.3V, and the RAA211805 output voltage is

5V.

▪ Up to 300mA output current

▪ I = 5.5µA at 80V, at no load conditions, switching

▪ I = 4.5µA at 80V at no load and no switching

conditions

The devices offer comprehensive protections,

▪ RAA211803 is fixed 3.3V V

, RAA211805 is

▪ Minimum on-time of 75ns

The devices are offered in a TSOT23-5 package.
