Description



Operating Voltage Range: V = −12 V to −4 V

The DIODES™ PS4157N is a bidirectional, single-channel,

single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. The device

can pass analog and digital negative voltages that may vary

Switch Signal Voltage Range: V = V to GND

IS EE

Positive Control Signal Voltage: V = 0 to 3.3 V

across the full power−supply range (from V to GND).

Low ON Resistance: R

5 Ω when V =−10 V

≤ EE

Extended Industrial Temperature Range: -55°C to

125°C



Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)

Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)

control (i.e. parts qualified to AEC-Q100/101/104/200,

PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949
