DESCRIPTION

This hermetic module has two high current Schottky diodes arranged in a common

cathode configuration and is ideally suited for a full wave output rectifier in low

voltage switching power supplies where small size and high reliability are required. It

combines the latest Schottky semiconductor technology and a package designed

specifically for high efficiency and high current applications.
