Description

The chip set comprises two integrated circuits

MT91633 and MT91634 linked with the resistor

network MH80632, which traverses the high voltage

barrier. The chip set is configured with minimal

external components to give the functions of a data

or voice quality interface. The chip set is flexible

allowing for user programming of input impedance

and DC characteristics facilitating use in many

countries. The MT91633/4 provides line status

outputs for forward and reverse loop operation, as

well as ringing detection.
