Overview
The LC877C00 series are an 8-bit single chip microcontroller with the following on-chip functional blocks. :
• CPU: operable at a minimum bus cycle time of 83.3ns
• On-chip 64K-24K bytes ROM
• On-chip RAM: 2048/1536 bytes
• LCD controller / driver
• 16 bit timer/counters (can be divided into 8-bit units)
• 16 bit timer / PWM (can be divided into two 8-bit timers)
• Four 8-bit timer with prescalers
• Timer for use as date / time clock
• Synchronous serial I/O port (with automatic block transmit / receive function)
• Asynchronous / synchronous serial I/O port
• 2 channel 12bit PWM
• 12-channel × 8-bit AD converter
• High-speed clock counter
• System clock divider
• Small signal detector
• 20 source 10-vectored interrupt system
All of the above functions are fabricated on a single chip.
