Potential Applications
The BGA9U1MN9 is designed for LAA and NR-U applications covering 3GPP Bands between 5 and 7.2 GHz.
Thanks to a high gain and an ultra-low Noise Figure performance of the LNA, frontend losses can be compen-
sated and the data rate can be significantly improved. The MIPI interface provides a comprehensive control
over multiple gain steps and bias modes to increase the overall system dynamic range.
Product Validation
Qualified for industrial applications according to the relevant tests of JEDEC47/20/22.
