General Description

Key Specifications

BD9SA01FXX-C is a 1ch buck converter integrated FET. It is

capable of providing the current up to 12 A. Small inductor is

applicable due to high switching frequency of 2.25 MHz. It is

a current mode control buck converter and features high-

speed transient response. It has an integrated feedback

resistor and a phase compensation circuit. Application can be

created with a few external components.
