Product Description
The AMIS-70700 is a high performance CMOS imager
optimized for applications requiring a high operating
temperature range and high dynamic range as often
required in automotive, machine vision, security, and
surveillance. The high speed on-chip ADC permits readout
of up to 60 full frames per second. The sensor features the
high dynamic LinLog™ technology permitting a linear or
programmable linear logarithmic response for acquisition
of high contrast images without image lag or smear. The
global shutter technology enables acquisition of fast
moving scenes without motion artifacts. Unlike most
other CMOS sensors with rolling shutters, all pixels
integrate light at the same moment.
