x 36/256K x 18. The IDT71V25761/781 SRAMs contain write, data,
addressandcontrolregisters. InternallogicallowstheSRAMtogenerate
aself-timedwritebaseduponadecisionwhichcanbeleftuntiltheendof
thewritecycle.
