HIGH POWER DP4T SWITCH FOR WiMAX
DESCRIPTION
The uPG2181T5R is a GaAs MMIC high power DP4T switch which was developed for WiMAX.
This device can operate from 2.3GHz to 3.8GHz, with low insertion loss and high isolation.
This device is housed in a 20-pin RQFN Rectangle Quad Flat Non-Leaded package, and this is suitable for high-density
surface mounting.
