ꢀ DESCRIPTION
The S1C63256 is a microcomputer which has a high-performance 4-bit CPU S1C63000 as the core CPU, ROM
(6,144 words × 13 bits), RAM (256 words × 4 bits), clock timer, watchdog timer, programmable timer, an LCD
driver that can drive a maximum 20 segments × 4 commons and A/D converter built-in. It features a wide
operating voltage (2.7 to 5.5 V) and operating frequency (0.5 to 4.5 MHz), and is most suitable for applications
such as control units for the household electric appliances which need A/D conversion and liquid crystal display.
