Octal Buffer/Driver With 3-State Outputs

1 FEATURES

3 DESCRIPTIONS

The RS244T is organized as two 4-bit buffers or drivers with

Power-Supply Range: 4.5V to 5.5V

separate output enable (OE) inputs. The 3-state outputs are

are in the High-Impedance State

I_OFF: Supports Partial-Power-Down Mode

5.5 V.
