CMOS

MC141596A is a CMOS LCD Driver which consists of 133 high voltage LCD

driving signals to drive 100-Segment and 33-Common display. It has 6800-series,

8080-series parallel interface and Serial Peripheral interface capability for operating

with general MCU. Besides the general LCD driver features, it has on chip LCD

Smart Bias Divider circuit such that minimize external component is required in ap-

plications.
