LCD Segment / Common Driver

with Controller

CMOS

MC141598A is a CMOS LCD Driver which consists of 133 high voltage LCD driv-

ing signals to drive either 100-Segment and 33-Common display or 99-Segment and

34-Common display. It has 6800-series, 8080-series parallel interface and Serial Pe-

ripheral interface capability for operating with general MCU. Besides the general LCD

driver features, it has on chip LCD Smart Bias Divider circuit such that minimized ex-

ternal component is required in applications.
