General Description
The HMC6380LC4B iꢀ a wideband MMIC Voltage
Controlled Oꢀcillator which incorporateꢀ the reꢀonator,
negative reꢀiꢀtance device, and varactor diode. Output
power and phaꢀe noiꢀe performance are excellent
over temperature due to the oꢀcillator’ꢀ monolithic
conꢀtruction. The Vtune port acceptꢀ an analog tuning
voltage from 0 to +23V. The HMC6380LC4B VCO
operateꢀ from a ꢀingle +5V ꢀupply, conꢀumeꢀ only
75 mA of current, and iꢀ houꢀed in a RoHs compliant
sMT package. Thiꢀ wideband VCO uniquely combineꢀ
the attributeꢀ of ultra ꢀmall ꢀize, low phaꢀe noiꢀe, low
power conꢀumption, and wide tuning range.
