Microcontroller with Analog Function Block

General Description

Schmitt trigger inputs on ports G and L

The COP87L88EK/COP87L84EK OTP microcontrollers are

members of the COP8^TMfeature family using an 8-bit core

architecture. It is pin and software compatible to the mask

ROM COP888EK/COP884EK product family.
