The BL15- 325 is a LED of 650nm wavelength us ing

four elements (AlGaInP). Our original LED processing

technology made it pos s ible to increas e the electric

current dens ity at the emis s ion point. The luminous

strength of single light source per unit surface is now

more than ten times higher than before.
