Step-Down Regulator with Synchronous Rectification Driver AN1150S

■ Overview

Unit : mm

AN1150Sꢀis a step-down DC-DC converter IC with synchronous

rectification driver.

By an adoption of synchronous rectification , it is suitable for sets

with low output voltage that needs high efficiency .

Also , it is possible to construct synchronous rectification converter

by inputting output signal of general purpose DC-DC controlling IC

to the IN-terminal.

■ Feature

● Realization of high efficiency of sets

● Built-in over current protection function by detecting Ron

● It is possible to construct synchronous rectification converter by

combining it with existing ICs.

■ Applications

General kinds of sets with low output that need high efficiency

(for example , CPU).
