cHaRacteRistics

The 4CW10,000A/8661 is electrically identical to

the 4CX10,000D/8171 and 4CX5000A/8170 except

for its plate dissipation, which is rated at 12 kW.

The tube is useful up to 110 MHz and is suggested

for general use as an oscillator, ampliﬁer, or

modulator. A pair of these tubes will deliver more

than 30 kW of audio output. tube.
