(1) Component qualification in accordance with JEDEC and
industry standards to ensure reliable operation over an
extended temperature range. This includes, but is not limited
to, Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST) or biased 85/85,
temperature cycle, autoclave or unbiased HAST,
electromigration, bond intermetallic life, and mold compound
life. Such qualification testing should not be viewed as
justifying use of this component beyond specified
performance and environmental limits.
DESCRIPTION/ORDERING INFORMATION
The TPS28xx single-channel high-speed MOSFET drivers are capable of delivering peak currents of up to 2 A
into highly capacitive loads. High switching speeds (tr and tf = 14 ns typ) are obtained with the use of BiCMOS
outputs. Typical threshold switching voltages are 2/3 and 1/3 of VCC. The design inherently minimizes
shoot-through current.
