General Description

Features

The TD1583 is a 380 KHz fixed frequency ꢀ 3A Constant Output Current

monolithic step down switch mode regulator ꢀ 140mΩ R_DSONInternal Power PMOSFET

with a built in internal Power MOSFET. It Switch

achieves 3A continuous output current over a ꢀ Up to 95% Efficiency

wide input supply range with excellent load ꢀ Fixed 380KHz Frequency

and line regulation.
