Overview
The low ESR, surge-robust T495 Series is designed for
demanding applications that require high surge current and
high ripple current capability. This series builds upon the proven
capabilities of our industrial grade tantalum chip capacitors
to offer several advantages such as low ESR, high ripple
current capability, excellent capacitance stability, and improved
resistanceꢀtoꢀhighꢀin-rushꢀcurrents.ꢀTheseꢀbenefitsꢀareꢀachievedꢀ
though a combination of proprietary design, materials, and process
parameters as well as high-stress, low impedance electrical
conditioningꢀperformedꢀpriorꢀtoꢀscreening.ꢀThisꢀseriesꢀisꢀclassifiedꢀ
as MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) 1 under J STD 020: unlimited
floorꢀlifeꢀtimeꢀatꢀ≤30°C/85%ꢀRH.ꢀ
