APPLICATIONS
The SN series offers effective filtering
from 1 MHz to 10 GHz. Glass sealed on
both ends for hermeticity, this series is
impervious to high moisture, solvents, or
other severe environmental conditions
commonly encountered in military applica-
tions. It is designed for bulkhead mounting
with nut and lockwasher supplied.

CHARACTERISTICS
• The hermetic bolt-style design was
developed to meet or exceed the
applicable portions of MIL-F-28861/10.
The filter is assembled with a glass her-
metic seal on both ends. The rugged
monolithic capacitor element is a low
inductance design that yields superior
bypass performance. The ¹-section
design contains two capacitor elements
together with a ferrite bead inductor.
• Certain feedthru designs are rated for
115 VAC/400 Hz applications. The 200
VDC ¹-section design is rated for DC
applications only.
