Silicon Labs is pleased to announce Revision 1.2 of the Si100x datasheet.
Revision 1.2 primarily incorporates updates to the LGA-42 package drawing, PCB land pattern
and PCB stencil and via placement. No changes have been made to the LGA-42 package. Please
refer to the Document Change List in the datasheet for a complete list of changes.
The updated Si100x datasheet is available at www.silabs.com.
Reason for Change:
Updates to LGA-42 package drawing, PCB land pattern and PCB stencil and via placement in
addition to other minor updates.
Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability:
